Mitch Pappas brings over 20 years of experience in technology, engineering, project management, and business administration, with a career spanning enterprise IT, infrastructure operations, and executive consulting since 2005.

He holds an ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and has held industry certifications with Cisco, Microsoft Azure, CrowdStrike, ITIL 4, and WatchGuard. His engineering background — combined with deep hands-on technical experience — gives him a uniquely analytical yet practical approach to solving business and technology challenges.

Based in Naples Park, FL, Mitch works directly with every client, ensuring continuity, accountability, and the kind of trusted-advisor relationship that produces lasting results.
